The staff was very helpful and gave me valuable tips on the surrounding area. the location was perfectly situated between two customs, making it easy to cross the border. the breakfast was simple but tasty.

The town was strange and lacked any stores or markets, which made it hard to buy necessities.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was surrounded by beautiful mountains and close to Aconcagua park. Plenty of treks to do around the hostel. Warm and comfortable beds with wool blankets.

I spent my Christmas in this hotel and it was an amazing experience. the staff was very friendly and gave amazing suggestions for sightseeing that helped me to plan my day better. the location was perfect for me as it helped me to indulge in adventurous activities like hiking and trekking. I loved waking up to the view of mountains every morning. Lastly, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.

The only negative aspect that I noticed was that the hotel was located near a busy road which made it quite noisy at night. I had some issues with finding places to buy things as there were no nearby supermarkets and very few shops.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the excellent hospitality of the staff. Additionally, the location close to the highest mountain of South America was a huge advantage as we could easily reach the hiking trails. The breakfast was simple but good enough to keep us fueled up for the day.

The housekeeping services were top-notch, ensuring that our rooms were always neat and tidy. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon arrival, which added a nice touch to our stay. The tours and ticket assistance provided by the staff were extremely helpful in allowing us to explore the surrounding areas easily.
